Torsten Schmidt, CEO

25 years ago, Torsten Schmidt opened his first master electrical trade business. The well-trained specialists and the high demand during this new construction period allowed the company to quickly grow to almost 100 employees. The boom period was over and demand fell. The founder held on to his employees, but due to the general economic downturn, Mr. Schmidt had to reorient himself.

For Torsten Schmidt, the most important insight of his life as an entrepreneur matured during this time: a 100% understanding of the life situations of self-employed craftsmen, their skills, living conditions, worries and needs.

With this idea in mind, Torsten Schmidt founded LETUSWORK europe GmbH. His vision: A community of craftsmen that offers good work at a fair price! A craft community without competition or envy that is proud of what we have achieved together! A community of craftsmen in which everyone concentrates on their qualities: the LETUSWORK europe headquarters on organization and administration, the craftsmen on their assignment.

This mission motivates the LETUSWORK europe community every day: Big orders for small craftsmen.
